Postage

Paula Hall Designs uses Australia Post for all postage, although we are unable to guarantee delivery time please allow at least 2-3 working days before contacting us.

Australia - flat rate per order (up to 500gm) - AUD $5.00
Worldwide - flat rate per order (up to 500gm) - AUD $13.00
For items over 500gm postage will be provided on request.

Insurance is not included in these prices, if you require insurance please contact us and we will provide a quote.

Returns Policy

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchases from Paula Hall Designs. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and the item/s are in their original condition including packaging, then you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We will then issue a full refund for the item, or exchange it for other items as you prefer. All refunds due to product defect will include postage incurred in returning the item to us, provided a receipt is supplied. If you are returning items other than as a result of product defects then you will be responsible for the original delivery charge and the return costs. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

If you need to return an item, please send an email to us to record the item before it is returned.

Please note:
We have endeavoured to represent our products as accurately as possible; however, accuracy cannot be guaranteed as there are variations in the way colours are displayed on different computer screens. Please be aware these are custom made designs and colours may vary between stocklots.

We also cannot guarantee 100% availability of listed items; the website is updated daily but changes in stock can occur within hours. Prices are subject to change.

Privacy Policy

We understand the importance of protecting the privacy of your personal information and we will not, under any circumstances, sell or misuse your personal information to any company or individual for marketing or sales purposes.

When you place an order with Paula Hall Designs we request information that is only relevant to the purchasing and delivery of our products. The data you provide is used only to help process your order and to notify you of any important changes. Paula Hall Designs does not store or keep credit card numbers from online transactions.

From time to time Paula Hall Designs may send newsletters and special offers, if you do not wish to receive these please send an email with unsubscribe as the subject and we will remove you from our mailing list.

Placing an Order and PaymentBy purchasing online you are making an offer to purchase the product at the price as set.

Payment options:

Australian buyers may pay by direct deposit. (Please allow 1-2 days for payments to show in our account).
Cheques or Money Order (allow 7 days for personal cheques to clear). 
Secure Payment by credit card accepted - please note this is done using a secure certificate and at no time does Paula Hall Desings hold any credit card information. 
All prices shown are in AUD.
Orders within Australia are dispatched within 1-2 days of cleared payment being received.
International Orders are dispatched weekly.
